Hotel Palacio De Úbeda 5 G.L

The hotel and its décor are truly unique and special – beautifully designed, spacious, and full of character. The location is a gem in Úbeda, just as Úbeda itself is a gem to explore. The only downside for me was the restaurant service – we ended up waiting 1.5 hours for lunch. However, it was clear the waiter was working alone and doing his utmost under a lot of pressure. In the end, our lunch was waived due to the delay, which we appreciated. Aside from that, the staff were wonderful, and the setting and location are absolutely spectacular. If i have the opportunity, i would surely visit again.

The size of the room. It was a suite to which we were upgraded. The comfort of the extra large bed, the natural light, the size and the equipment of the bathroom. All was wonderful. Location is perfect. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and polite. The conversion of an old palace is done well with up to best standard facilities and very tasteful preserving as much as possible the charm of an old palace.

They went above and beyond making sure our stay was awesome. The initial room had stairs down to shower and tub and my husband is handicapped, which wouldn’t work. They moved us to another beautiful room without any issues. Thanks! Also gave an additional perks as parking was a little issue. A bigger thanks

Serene hotel, easy check in, beautiful room, fabulous thermal circuit, comfy bed, well appointed. Great location. Interesting local ceramics decor.

Definitely was a very nice hotel 20 years ago. The bedrooms are very spacious and very comfortable
